Booking & Cancellation Policy – Hotel SS Palace

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly at:

A confirmation email with your booking reference number will be sent upon successful reservation.
Full or partial advance payment may be required based on the booking type.

2. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash for walk-in guests.
Please note: Hotel SS Palace is not responsible for payments made through third-party portals not listed on our official website.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Any transaction or processing fees incurred during payment will not be refunded.

5. Group Bookings

For bookings of more than 5 rooms, special terms and conditions apply.

6. Child Policy

  • Children below 8 years can stay free using existing bedding.

  • Extra bedding/mattresses can be arranged on request at an additional charge.

7. Reservation Modifications

Changes to reservation dates or room categories must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
